Wholesale orders are intended exclusively for resellers and industry operators. For this reason, withdrawal is not allowed for personal taste or size/model changes.
When you can exercise withdrawal:
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal only in the following cases:
Withdrawal exclusion:
Withdrawal is not allowed for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery (e.g. swimwear and underwear).

Refund for order cancellation:
If the order is canceled before shipment, Borelli Store Srl will refund the amount minus a 20% administrative and re-conditioning fee.

Dropshipping customers may withdraw for reasons other than defects (e.g. change of mind).

Products must be intact, unused and with original tags. Damaged or visibly used items will be rejected.
Refund & credit:
After receipt and inspection, a credit valid for 1 year will be issued for use at www.stockfirmati.com.
To keep inventory sustainable, a percentage will be withheld from the refund based on monthly return rate and customer turnover.
Withholding rates:
This policy ensures warehouse efficiency and discourages unsustainable dropshipping practices.
Timing & conditions
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 15 days of receipt.
